We listen very carefully to our NEAC members. Their recommendations and suggestions determine the direction of the curriculum for our Certification Program modules. Having our coach members enhance their professional and personal capabilities through certification training is at the very core of SGF’s mission.

The services SGF offers are vital in order to raise the quality of coaching given to young golfers. As the Executive Director of the FIAAA, I am honored to represent the athletic directors in the state of Florida as a member of this Advisory Council.

I’m pleased to be a part of any organization that promotes the quality of lessons of life through the teaching process in any sport, and in this particular case, the sport of golf. I look forward to participating to extend that information and knowledge to golf coaches across America.

The Spirit of Golf Foundation (SGF) is raising awareness of bringing quality golf to juniors. SGF education and certification of golf coaches is the avenue to professional development and top notch golf programs. I'm proud to be associated with this fine organization.

I believe an SGF Certified Coach would be the first choice of every Athletic Director wanting to deliver the best possible golf program at their school. Providing their students with a quality sports environment is every A.D.'s mission.

I have seen first hand the commitment that SGF has to high school golf. When we needed support in our state to allow golf coaches to actually coach, Bill Madonna and SGF actively supported our position with our state association. Helping coaches do a better job of helping kids know and enjoy the Game is why I’m proud to be a part of SGF.

On behalf of the teachers and students in our program, I congratulate the SGF Foundation for creating this educational opportunity.

Finally an organization that “Raises the Bar” in coaching golf. SGF is an opportunity for golf coaches to be on par with the coaches of all other sports. No longer is the golf coach just a chauffeur.
